EDM Machining Services
Wire and sinker EDM for hardened tooling, sharp internal corners and features that conventional cutting cannot reach.

When the part is harder than the cutter
Electrical discharge machining removes material with a spark, not a cutting edge — which makes it the right process for hardened tool steel, carbide inserts, sharp internal corners and delicate features that would deflect or shatter under a milling cutter. Our wire EDM holds straight walls and fine corner radii; sinker EDM burns deep ribs, slots and textured cavities.
EDM also pairs with our milling and grinding departments: electrodes machined in-house, heat-treated parts finished after hardening, and every burn verified against the drawing with optical and CMM inspection.
- Wire EDM for hardened steel, carbide and fine profiles
- Sinker EDM for deep ribs, sharp corners and textures
- Electrodes machined in-house to ±0.005 mm
- Post-hardening finishing — no soft-state compromise
- Optical and CMM verification of burned features

Mill + EDM + grind
One tolerance chain, three processes
Electrodes from our milling department, burns in-house, finishing on our grinders — the whole chain stays inside one quality system.
