4-Axis CNC Machining Services
Multi-face machining in a single rotary setup — holes, flats and patterns cut without re-fixturing, at a fraction of 5-axis cost.

The sweet spot between 3 and 5 axes
Most multi-face parts do not need full simultaneous 5-axis motion — they need the fourth axis to index the part while the tool stays where it is strongest. Our 4-axis machining centers rotate the workpiece between operations, cutting features on several faces in one clamping. The result: fewer setups, better position accuracy between faces, and pricing that stays below 5-axis rates.
Typical work includes cylinder-head style parts, long shafts with cross-features, valve bodies and brackets with faces at 90° to each other. When a part genuinely needs compound angles, we move it to the 5-axis department — and the quote tells you why.
- 4-axis machining centers with rotary table indexing
- Multi-face features cut in one clamping
- Position accuracy between faces built into the setup
- Lower hourly rate than 5-axis for suited geometry
- Seamless hand-off to 5-axis when compound angles demand it
