Capabilities

Built for complex geometry, tight tolerances and scale

Our 7,600 m² facility in Dongguan runs 127 precision machines — including DMG Mori and Beijing Jingdiao 5-axis machining centers — supported by CMM inspection and a full ISO 9001 quality system. When a part is hard to hold, hard to fixture or hard to finish, it fits our floor.

  • 127 precision machines, incl. DMG Mori & Beijing Jingdiao 5-axis centers
  • Single parts up to 4,000 mm long
  • ±0.001 mm achievable tolerance on critical features
  • 100+ metals and engineering plastics, including titanium and Inconel
  • CMM and optical inspection with dimensional reports

Why GreatLight

Engineered support, not just machining hours

One-Stop Manufacturing

CNC machining, die casting, sheet metal, 3D printing and surface finishing under one roof — fewer vendors, shorter supply chains, one inspection standard.

Engineering Support

DFM feedback on every quote. We review tolerances, materials and features before cutting metal — and tell you when a design change saves cost or risk.

Fast Lead Times

Prototypes from 3 days, production programs scheduled across 127 machines running day and night. Competitive freight worldwide from Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us first

What is your minimum order quantity?

One piece. We regularly run single prototypes alongside production programs — pricing scales with volume, but there is no minimum order to start.

How fast can I receive prototype parts?

Simple machined prototypes ship in 3–7 working days after drawing release; complex 5-axis parts typically run 7–15 days depending on material and finishing.

What tolerances can you hold?

±0.01 mm is routine across our machining fleet. On critical features — bores, bearing seats, sealing faces — we routinely achieve ±0.005 mm, and down to ±0.001 mm where the process and geometry allow.

How do I get a quote?

Send 2D drawings or 3D files (STEP, IGES, X_T, STL) through the quote form or to [email protected]. Engineering reviews every file and replies within 24 hours with price, lead time and DFM notes.

Ready to machine your complex part?

Upload your CAD files and our engineering team will come back with a quote, lead time and DFM feedback within one business day.
