Horizontal milling, 4-axis machining and turning; ±0.01 mm on mating features, flatness 0.02 mm on sealing faces, leak-tight surface control.
Quality documentation
PPAP, first-article inspection, SPC, material certificates and heat-number traceability from incoming stock to shipment.
