CNC Milling Services

3-, 4- and 5-axis milling for prismatic parts, molds, fixtures and prototypes — in metals from aluminum to Inconel and engineering plastics.

From simple plates to five-sided parts

Our milling department covers the full range: high-speed 3-axis machines for plates and small precision parts, 4-axis horizontals for multi-face work, and 5-axis centers for contoured geometry that cannot be reached in a vise. Parts up to 4,000 mm are milled on large-frame machines without splitting the job across suppliers.

Milling jobs ship with the boring and finishing you would otherwise subcontract: we hold bores to ±0.005 mm, control flatness across large faces, and document the result against your drawing.

  • 3-axis, 4-axis horizontal and simultaneous 5-axis milling under one roof
  • Large-format parts up to 4,000 mm
  • Bores, slots, threads and complex pockets finished to drawing
  • Soft jaws and custom fixtures designed in-house to protect critical surfaces
