CNC Turning Services

Precision turned and mill-turn parts — shafts, fittings, connectors and bushings with concentricity you can measure, batch after batch.

Round parts, held to microns

Our turning department handles everything from 1 mm connectors to 600 mm flanges, in short-runs and repeat production. Multi-spindle and mill-turn machines combine turning, milling and drilling in one cycle, so features that used to need two operations arrive from one setup — with far better concentricity.

Every turned part is gauged on the floor with calibrated micrometers, bore gauges and optical comparators, and critical dimensions are verified on CMM for first articles and audits.

  • CNC turning with live tooling and mill-turn capability
  • Concentricity and runout held to 0.005 mm on critical parts
  • Threads, grooves, knurling and cross-holes in-cycle
  • Bar-fed production for repeat orders, with first-article sign-off
