Communications & Electronics CNC Machining
RF enclosures, heat sinks, antenna parts and connector shells for communications and electronic equipment.
What we machine
RF housings, heat sinks and connector parts
Communications hardware combines thin walls, thermal paths and cosmetic surfaces. We machine RF housings, heat spreaders and connector bodies with controlled flatness and finishes that support sealing, grounding and heat transfer.
- RF and transceiver housings
- Heat sinks and thermal plates
- Antenna mounts and waveguide parts
- Connector shells and PCB fixtures
Materials & finishes
Aluminium, copper, brass, stainless and engineering plastics. Anodising, nickel plating, chromate conversion and laser marking available.
Process & tolerance
Milling and turning; ±0.01 mm on interfaces, flatness 0.02 mm on thermal faces, thin-wall control from 0.8 mm.
Quality documentation
First-article inspection, CMM reports, cosmetic inspection and material certificates.
