ISO 9001:2015
The foundation of our quality management system: documented processes, corrective-action discipline and measurable objectives across machining, casting, fabrication and finishing.
IATF 16949:2016
Automotive-grade quality management — APQP discipline, PPAP documentation, MSA and traceability. This is the certification behind our automotive and EV production programs.
ISO 13485:2016
Medical device quality management for components and instruments — validation of processes, clean handling and documentation that stands up to notified-body scrutiny.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022
Your drawings and CAD data are an asset we manage formally: access control, network segregation and confidentiality procedures certified to ISO/IEC 27001. NDAs signed on request.

Inspection
How quality is verified
Incoming materials
Material certificates (mill certs) checked against specification; incoming inspection on critical lots; full traceability from heat number to shipment.
In-process
First-article approval before a batch runs; in-process probing on production cells; operators gauge every critical feature at defined intervals.
Final & documentation
CMM and optical inspection against your drawing; dimensional reports, first-article inspection reports (FAIR) and certificates of conformance issued with shipment when specified.
