Medical & Healthcare CNC Machining
Precision components for surgical instruments, diagnostic equipment and implant trials — machined in 316L, titanium, PEEK and PPSU.
What we machine
Surgical instruments, device housings and implant trials
Medical parts must be clean, repeatable and fully traceable. We machine instrument components, device housings and fluidic manifolds with fine surface finishes, controlled burrs and cleaning procedures matched to the device classification.
- Surgical instrument bodies, jaws and shafts
- Device housings and diagnostic fixtures
- Fluidic manifolds and connector parts
- Implant trials and instrumentation
