Complex parts, machined in one setup
Our 5-axis fleet — including DMG Mori and Beijing Jingdiao machining centers — cuts impellers, housings, airframe fittings, robot joints and medical components in titanium, aerospace aluminium, stainless and high-temperature alloys. Simultaneous X/Y/Z + A/C motion keeps the tool normal to the surface, so twisted, tapered and thin-walled geometry comes off the machine with the finish and tolerance of a much simpler part.
