Complex parts, machined in one setup

Our 5-axis fleet — including DMG Mori and Beijing Jingdiao machining centers — cuts impellers, housings, airframe fittings, robot joints and medical components in titanium, aluminum, stainless steel and high-temperature alloys. Simultaneous X/Y/Z + A/C motion keeps the tool normal to the surface, so twisted, tapered and thin-walled geometry comes off the machine with the finish and tolerance of a much simpler part.

Every job is programmed by engineers who then stand at the machine. When something does not look right in simulation or at first cut, it gets fixed before the second part is made.
