About GreatLight Metal Technology

A 7,600 m² precision manufacturing partner in Dongguan, China — 150 people and 127 machines focused on complex, high-tolerance parts.

Who we are

Fifteen years of hard parts

GreatLight Metal Technology was founded in 2011 in Chang’an, Dongguan — the heart of China’s hardware and mold industry. We started as a small machining workshop serving local mold makers; today we run one of the region’s more capable 5-axis fleets, producing complex components for robotics, automotive, aerospace, medical and semiconductor customers worldwide.

Our position in the market is deliberate: we take the jobs that need engineering judgment — thin walls, exotic alloys, compound surfaces, tight stacks — and we say so honestly when a part should be made a different way.

What we stand for

Three principles, applied daily

Say what is true

Realistic tolerances, honest lead times, and a straight answer when a design or process does not fit. Buyers stay with suppliers they can plan around.

Own the quality chain

Machining, casting and finishing under one quality system means one inspection standard — and no finger-pointing between subcontractors.

Engineer, not just execute

Every quote carries DFM notes. We would rather improve your design margin than quietly ship something that barely works.
