Aerospace CNC Machining

Five-axis machining of airframe fittings, impellers and structural parts in titanium, aluminium and high-temperature alloys.

What we machine

Fittings, impellers and flight-critical parts

Aerospace parts combine thin walls, tight true position and materials that punish poor process control. We plan fixturing and stress relief before cutting, then document every critical feature for first-article and source inspection.

  • Airframe fittings and brackets
  • Impellers, blisks and flow-path parts
  • Fuel-system and hydraulic fittings
  • Thin-wall housings and structural covers

Materials & finishes

Titanium 6Al-4V, Inconel, 7075 aluminium, 17-4PH and 15-5PH stainless. Passivation, anodising and NDT coordination available.

Process & tolerance

Simultaneous 5-axis milling and mill-turn; ±0.005 mm, true position 0.01 mm, Ra 0.2 μm and wall thickness controlled to drawing.

Quality documentation

AS9100D-aligned documentation, AS9102 first-article reports, material certificates and full dimensional inspection records.

Why GreatLight

Built for aerospace programs

Five-axis in one setup

Complex contours and compound angles are cut without re-fixturing error.

Thin-wall control

Cutting strategy and stress relief protect wall thickness and flatness.

Audit-ready records

FAI, material certs and inspection data ship with the parts.
