Sensors CNC Machining

Sensor housings, threaded bodies, diaphragms and connector shells with tight concentricity and leak-tight interfaces.

What we machine

Housings, diaphragms and connector bodies

Sensor accuracy starts with the housing: thread concentricity, diaphragm flatness and seal surfaces decide calibration stability. We machine sensor bodies in brass, stainless and PEEK, then inspect the features that affect sealing and alignment.

  • Sensor housings and threaded bodies
  • Diaphragms and pressure ports
  • Connector shells and cable glands
  • Mounting brackets and process adapters

Materials & finishes

Brass, 316L stainless, aluminium, PEEK and PPS. Nickel plating, passivation and anodising available.

Process & tolerance

Precision turning and milling; ±0.005 mm, concentricity 0.01 mm, thread gauging and Ra 0.2 μm on seal surfaces.

Quality documentation

CMM inspection, first-article reports, thread and leak-test coordination, material certificates.

Why GreatLight

Built for sensor programs

Seal-surface control

Face flatness and surface finish are inspected on every critical batch.

Thread integrity

Threads are gauged and documented, not just cut.

Material variety

Brass, stainless and high-performance plastics run on the same floor.
