Industries
Optical & Photonics CNC Machining
Optomechanical housings, lens mounts and baffles with fine finishes and stable optical axes.
What we machine
Lens mounts, mirror cells and optomechanical parts
Optical assemblies need mounts that hold alignment over temperature and time. We machine lens cells, mirror mounts and baffles with tight bore-to-face relationships, then apply low-reflection finishes and clean handling.
- Lens mounts and mirror cells
- Optomechanical housings and tubes
- Baffles, apertures and spacers
- Laser and photonics fixtures
Materials & finishes
6061 and 7075 aluminium, stainless steel, brass and titanium. Black anodising, low-reflection coatings and bead blasting available.
Process & tolerance
5-axis milling and fine boring; ±0.005 mm, perpendicularity 0.01 mm, Ra 0.2 μm and controlled thread concentricity.
Quality documentation
CMM inspection, first-article reports, surface-finish verification and cleanliness-aware packing.
