Sensors CNC Machining
Sensor housings, threaded bodies, diaphragms and connector shells with tight concentricity and leak-tight interfaces.
What we machine
Housings, diaphragms and connector bodies
Sensor accuracy starts with the housing: thread concentricity, diaphragm flatness and seal surfaces decide calibration stability. We machine sensor bodies in brass, stainless and PEEK, then inspect the features that affect sealing and alignment.
- Sensor housings and threaded bodies
- Diaphragms and pressure ports
- Connector shells and cable glands
- Mounting brackets and process adapters
Materials & finishes
Brass, 316L stainless, aluminium, PEEK and PPS. Nickel plating, passivation and anodising available.
Process & tolerance
Precision turning and milling; ±0.005 mm, concentricity 0.01 mm, thread gauging and Ra 0.2 μm on seal surfaces.
Quality documentation
CMM inspection, first-article reports, thread and leak-test coordination, material certificates.
