Custom CNC Machining Services
Your drawing, our process. One-off parts and series runs machined to ±0.005 mm — with engineering review before the first cut.

From your CAD file to a part that fits
Custom CNC machining means the part does not exist until we make it — so the process starts with engineering, not with a machine. Every file is reviewed for manufacturability before quoting: tolerances that cannot be held, features that need a different process, materials that will not behave as expected. You get that feedback in writing, free, with the price.
Then the matched machine class takes over: 3-, 4- or 5-axis milling, turning and mill-turn, EDM for hardened features, and in-house inspection against your drawing. One supplier, one tolerance chain, one shipment.
- ±0.005 mm accuracy in a single setup; tighter on selected features
- Parts up to 4,000 mm · Ra 0.2 μm achievable
- Aluminum, stainless, titanium, Inconel, brass, copper and engineering plastics
- Free DFM report and quote within 12 hours
