One piece. We regularly produce single prototypes and short runs alongside volume programs. Unit price improves with quantity, but there is no minimum to get started.

Send 2D drawings and/or 3D files (STEP, IGES, X_T, STL) plus quantity and finish requirements. An engineer reviews manufacturability and replies within 24 hours with price, lead time and DFM notes. Larger programs get a project review call before quotation.

Yes — we sign customer NDAs routinely and operate under ISO/IEC 27001 information-security procedures. You can also send simplified models for the initial quote and full files after NDA signature.

Preferred: STEP (.stp/.step), IGES, Parasolid (.x_t), STL for printing. Drawings: PDF or DWG/DXF. If you only have 2D or a sketch, we can quote from that — and will confirm critical features in writing.

Simple machined parts: 3–7 working days after drawing release. Complex 5-axis work: typically 7–15 working days. Quotes state the specific schedule for your part; expedite options are available on selected processes.

Yes. Production programs run across 127 machines, including lights-out cells on selected jobs. We scale from 1 pc to tens of thousands per year — often the same part, same process, same inspection plan as the prototype.

Up to 4,000 mm in a single piece on our large-frame machines. If your part is bigger or should be split for cost reasons, we will propose a joint or sub-assembly approach.

±0.01 mm is routine across the fleet; ±0.005 mm is typical on critical bores, fits and sealing faces; and we can achieve ±0.001 mm on suited geometry with the right material and process. We always confirm what is realistic at quoting — geometry, material and clamping all affect the answer.

Aluminum (6061, 7075, 2024), stainless (303, 304, 316, 17-4PH), carbon and alloy steels, titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Inconel 718, brass, copper, plus engineering plastics — POM, PEEK, UHMW, PC, Nylon, PTFE.

Yes — mill certificates and traceability from heat number to shipment are standard for critical programs, and available on request for any order.

As-machined Ra 0.4–1.6 μm, bead blasting, brushed, mirror polish; anodizing (Type II/III), zinc/nickel plating, passivation, powder coating to RAL, painting and laser marking. Finish specifications are confirmed against your drawing before production.

ISO 9001:2015 (quality), IATF 16949:2016 (automotive), ISO 13485:2016 (medical devices) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (information security). Certificate copies are available to customers on request.

First-article inspection reports (FAIR), full dimensional reports and certificates of conformance are available with shipment when specified on the order. Critical dimensions are measured on CMM and documented.

With a formal corrective-action process: containment, root-cause analysis and preventive measures, communicated to you in writing. Any deviation from drawing is reported before shipment — never silently.

Yes — we ship worldwide by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air and sea freight via Shenzhen and Hong Kong. We handle export documentation and can ship on your freight account or ours.

For prototypes and first orders: typically 50% deposit, balance before shipment (T/T). For established production accounts: net terms by agreement. All terms are confirmed in writing on the order confirmation.
