CNC Prototyping Services
Functional prototypes in 3–5 days — machined in the same material and process your production will actually use.

Prototypes that prove the design, not just the shape
A prototype is only useful if it tests the right thing. We machine prototypes in final production materials, so tolerance stacks, assembly interfaces and surface behavior match what your series parts will do. Where additive or cast routes make more sense for early iterations, our engineers will say so — and quote both side by side.
Prototype orders also serve as a rehearsal for production: fixture concepts, machining strategy and inspection plans developed on the prototype carry straight into your series order.
- CNC-machined prototypes in final production materials
- 3–5 day turnaround on standard materials
- DFM report with every prototype quote
- Same quality system as production — ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100D
- Seamless scale-up to small-batch and mass production
Lead times
Typical prototype schedules
| Route | Best for | Typical lead time |
|---|---|---|
| 3-axis CNC | Plates, brackets, simple 3D shapes | 3–5 working days |
| 5-axis CNC | Complex geometry in production material | 7–15 working days |
| CNC turning | Shafts, fittings, round parts | 3–7 working days |
| CNC bending / cutting | Enclosures, brackets, chassis | 3–7 working days |
| EDM | Hard material, sharp internal corners | 5–10 working days |
Schedules start from drawing release, not from inquiry — and we quote each route side by side so you can choose.
From prototype to production
One team from sample to series
Because prototypes run on the same floor, with the same engineers and the same inspection, the handover to production is a scheduling decision — not a re-qualification project.
