Prototypes that prove the design, not just the shape

A prototype is only useful if it tests the right thing. We pick the route together with you: CNC machining for parts that must behave like production metal, vacuum casting for cosmetic or over-molded samples, and 3D printing for fit-checks and early ergonomics. Each route has a different cost/lead-time curve — and our engineers will tell you where it flips.

Prototype orders also serve as a rehearsal for production: fixture concepts, tolerance stack-ups and inspection plans developed on the prototype carry straight into your series order.
