DMLS/SLM metal printing for lattice structures, conformal cooling and geometries that cannot be machined — finished and inspected like any production part.
Print what you cannot cut
Some problems have no machining answer: internal cooling channels that follow a mold cavity, weight-optimized lattices inside an aerospace bracket, one-piece ducts that would need five welded joints. Metal 3D printing solves those directly — and we treat the result as a manufacturing input, not an ornament: support removal, heat treatment, baseplate separation and critical-surface machining are all planed into the route.
Parts print, then move next door to our CNC department for interface machining — threads, bores and sealing faces back to drawing tolerance. One supplier, one inspection report.
