Surface Finishing Services

Anodizing, plating, blasting, polishing and coatings — specified, applied and inspected to the standard your product needs, not the nearest approximation.

Finishes that survive the real world

A finish is a functional layer: it carries corrosion protection, wear resistance, electrical isolation or brand appearance. We match the process to the job — hard anodizing for sliding surfaces, cosmetic anodizing for visible aluminum, passivation for stainless medical parts, powder coating for outdoor equipment — and we document thickness and appearance against your specification.

Because finishing sits inside our own production flow, masked areas, tapped holes and critical datum surfaces are protected per drawing, and rejected finishes are redone without a round trip to a subcontractor.

  • Anodizing: clear, black, colored; Type II and Type III hard coat
  • Plating: zinc, nickel, chrome; chromate and phosphate conversion
  • Passivation for stainless (medical and food-industry parts)
  • Bead blasting, vibratory polishing, brushed and mirror finishes
  • Powder coating to RAL colors; liquid painting; laser marking

Inside the flow

Finishing without the logistics

No packing parts to a finishing shop, no lost weekends in transit. Finishing is scheduled as one more operation on your route sheet — and inspected the same way.
