Sheet Metal Fabrication Services
Laser cutting, precision bending, welding and finishing for enclosures, brackets, chassis and panels — from one-off prototypes to repeat batches.
From flat pattern to finished enclosure
Sheet metal work lives or dies on the details: a bend allowance that closes the box properly, a weld dress that keeps a powder-coated panel flat, a flat pattern that nests without wasting material. Our fabrication cell covers fiber laser cutting, CNC press-brake bending, TIG/MIG welding and hardware insertion, all under the same ISO 9001 system as our machining work.
Design files can arrive as 3D (STEP) or flat DXF; we return a flat-pattern review and DFM notes before cutting, so features that would tear or distort are caught on screen, not in the scrap bin.
- Fiber laser cutting with clean, burr-free edges
- CNC press-brake bending with tooling for tight boxes and long flanges
- TIG/MIG welding and cosmetic finishing of weld seams
- Hardware, rivet nuts, studs and standoffs installed in-house
- Powder coating, painting and silk-screen matching your spec
